BBK Throttle Body question
I've read numerous posts with regards to Throttle Bodies. Most people say you really only get throttle response, which everyone seems to love. Most/if not almost all talk about VMAX and some about Bo-White. On the BBK website it does say that it's a 95mm vs the 90mm Vmax. It's $350 vs $300. There's no core exchange. The thing that caught my attention is they did a dyno with a camaro ss with cai/headers/x-pipe and a stock tune and they showed 11HP/14TQ at the rear wheels on the printout. What does everyone think about this?

Theres numerous threads about surging at idle problems with the BBK throttle body all over Camaro5. Most people go with the VMAX or Bo White porting.

Yah, I just read a bunch of horrible reviews about this product. Guess I got my question answered.

After 20+ years of surfing 3rd, 4th, and 5th gen camaro boards it blows my mind that BBK is still in business after all of the negative comments I've seen about them. I think they've always been popular in the Mustang community, maybe they just put out crap parts for Camaros to slow us down so the Mustangs can keep up.

My BBK 102mm is flawless. No retune and no surge whatsoever. Same cam and new intake mani.

I'm running the VMAX for the last 6 years and no problems. I bought it before I ever knew about Bo White's..
