Picture is a standard SS too...the ZL1 front end didn’t get the ‘19 refresh

Sadly, what most people don't understand, is that about 40% of the car's value is due upon delivery of the car. Life changing all right in that you better have about $35,000 to $40,000 in cash if you want the car, due to it's being a giveaway in the eyes of the government. Sure, based on your individual tax situation, you will more than likely get a lot of it back, but you need it upfront. That's why with these type of promotions the cars are usually never given away. They make an agreement with the "winner" for a cash payout, which is way less than the value of the car. Casinos do it all the time. Rarely does anyone every take the car. The raffle people know this.
