Whipple 6 rib pulley.

Did some searching but could not find a good answer. What is the smallest 6 rib pulley you can use without getting belt slip. I am using a 3.875 now with no slip but may go smaller if I can without getting belt slip. Thanks.

ToddB,

I'm currently running a 3.75" 6-rib without any belt slip issues. I think it all depends on how much belt wrap you can get. With my current setup, I have about 60-65% belt wrap of the drive pulley. I'm pretty confident that I could drop to a 3.5" and still be good to go on the 6-rib setup.
