Out of everything done, my biggest concern would be on the cam install. You probably could contact JRE and find out if they did the install or not then if not they might know who did if the previous owner told them.
The car was remote tuned and cam installed by the previous owner.

Also, front tires are 6/32. So not abnormal wear to the rears, but lots so wear all around. So I question how the car was driven. That kind of wear makes you think tracking was involved.

I am not aware of a good LS shop in our area sadly.

I think I would go somewhere else I would rather have peace of mind then take the chance of buying a f--k up car there is a lot of 13 out there at that price with a warranty then you can decide how much modding you want to do with the peace of mind that you did it or someone you trusted did the mods!!

I certainly agree with you on the piece of mind.

The issue is finding a '13 ZL1 at $46k. If you know of one, I would certainly take a look.

I haven't found one... That price point for that year has certainly been hard to find. That's why I have looked closely at this.

tell cochran you want a 2 year Bumper2 Bumper on the car covering all of the car since there selling it with all those mods ,put in writing. They took it on a trade they should stand behind it. They wont though...they are shady there.

I thank all of you for your responses. I have decided that I will pass on this car and keep looking. I'm going to see if I can find a comparable priced stock Blue Ray Metallic ZL1.

I looked at that same car and passed. When I talked to the Internet sales guy he was really trying to push hard into getting me to buy it. He acknowledged that the factory warranty was gone on it.

I didn't care for the guy. He was cocky and felt he knew a lot about the car, but couldn't provide real answers to me. He tried to tell me the powertrain warranty was still valid.

Anything that voids the motor warranty will carry down the line and void all that too. Trans, rearend, maybe brakes since they weren't designed to stop a car with extra power. They could even say your cooling system isn't covered since you would be stressing it more with the added heat load of making more power.

Agree. I tried to explain that to the guy and he was quite disinterested.
