Unhappy 2010 Camaro Bluetooth Problem with LG Incite

I'm the proud owner of the 2010 2LT Victory Red Camaro - my dream car! I have an LG Incite smartphone and cannot get it to work with the Bluetooth feature. It paired perfectly, but when I turn on the bluetooth feature on the Incite, the phone locks. The Bluetooth feature does not recognize the phone, even though it will list it in Paired Devices.

I know it's not listed in the supported phones on the gm website, but thought since it was a new smartphone (got it for Christmas 2008), it should work. I really like the phone!

Any thoughts on what I should try next?

Finally got it to work. It was a process of pairing, deleting the pair, entering passkeys, adding GM to the phone, removing GM, etc. Finally, it worked after about 45 minutes of work.

If your phone is locking up ,then it's a problem with your phone. The car stereo cannot lock up your phone.

Yup. Does your phone have the latest software? I would report the problem to your carrier. Maybe your phone has a hardware problem but it likely is a software problem
