Update. She is starving for fuel and idling way to low but I got her done. Last hurdle was a bad battery. Thanks again for all the support and advice!

My issue is the lifters keep dropping down so I can't remove the stock cam for a swap! Got rods in and everything!

Why? Take em out
Then use a dowel in the cam oil ports to hold the lifters up. |
