HELP! Non-Rs to RS Headlight Conversion - Halo Issues

I have a 2013 1LT Camaro and installed the RS headlights for about 2 years now. Recently I had some very strange issues with my A/C and electrical system. It went on for about 6 months but was finally fixed and running normally after I installed all new parts and had some electrical work done.

The day of everything being fixed, my halos no longer worked... And my headlights will flicker for about a minute before remaining constant(it is weird because this only occurs when the car is in light??? If I am in the garage or it is night time, the headlights won't flicker at startup... but if it is in sunlight, they will flicker...)

Neither of these things happened before up until my A/C and electrical were fixed. I am not sure what they did in regards to the electrical...

Regardless... I would love to fix this issue... most importantly the halos.

I looked at https://www.gen5diy.com/products/10-...ight-harness-2 to see the instructions (since I did not do the installation of the headlights) and everything seems to be in tack... The only thing I can see different is the add-a-fuse was plug into #55 (10A - Headlights) instead of #15 (5A - Ignition). I am not sure if that would cause any issues...

Can anyone help me solve this issue? What could cause this?

It was the fuse... Switch up the add a fuse from #55 to #15 and we are good to go!
