F A R K connectors
I have used the FARK in a previous Camaro to replace the factory BA amp and it worked great. Its time to upgrade the stereo in my new Camaro and want to recreate my previous set up but before I spend over $100 on a FARK does any one know where I can track down the connectors? If I can find the connectors I should be able to put my own wiring harness together for a lot less money.

I'd like to know as well. I'm looking through previous posts and Camaro5 is blocking the verbiage as to the brands and how to get the parts used.
I'm looking to replace the factor Boston acoustics amp AND add anther amp and subwoofer. I'm thinking I'll need a FARK to replace the factory amp but not sure if there is options outside of LOC to add a second amp/sub. |

I’m in the same boat. A lot of searching with no results. I feel like those connectors should be easy to find. I may hit up the dealership and see if they have any part numbers. If you are replacing the BA amp you will either need a F A R K or you will need to cut into the factory wiring.

I’m solely looking for the connectors so I can make my own harness.

GM, or other electronics parts source. You simply need to track down the (GM) part numbers or the connector name. Your local dealer parts tech may be able to help.
And unless I'm mistaken, GM uses Delphi connectors. If you are interested, there is a catalog here: http://www.powerandsignal.com/docs/D...%20Catalog.pdf Also, one of the guys from gen5diy may have that info as well. Last edited by JimE; 01-19-2018 at 02:30 PM. |
