When I had my Grandam I would driver down to Virginia . In Pa. on parts of 15 south I would be driving next to the divider and could hear the brake pad rub on one of my rotors that had a slight warp to it . You couldn't feel the warp in the rotor yet because it wasn't bad yet .
Hmm I might try that, only thing is at higher speeds my car is too loud to hear it, and honestly I think it goes away once I pass 40 mph.

Will update when I try

Tried it, noise does not happen at speeds above 50mph, at least its not audible. Even next to the divider, heard nothing.

Going to give it some more time and hopefully someone has had and fixed the same issue in the past. For now just gotta deal with it.

Just got my car back from the dealership again. Problem is fixed.

Two things:

They told me my front left tie rod was damaged and needed to be repaired, still under warranty so I got that fixed.

They also re-machined my front rotors and found a rock still lodged in one of my pads on the front left causing the noise that would happen regardless of the brake being applied or not.

They think the chirping noises were from the rock and the strange continuous howl I was hearing (a similar but different noise was from the tie rod)
