Guys I am having an odd issue with my iPhone with IOS10 and MyLink on my 2013 Camaro SS. Everything worked fine until I updated to IOS10. I have already deleted the car from my phone and deleted the phone from my car and re-paired.

With my iPhone paired and while I am listening to music if a call comes in it will ring through the radio and I can see the call on the screen. I answer it tries to switch the sound to the radio/car but then immediately goes to the phone and the radio will play whatever station I am on. I have to pickup the phone and tell it to send the audio to the car then it will work. Once the phone is set to use the car it will be OK for that call. This is really annoying since the person on the phone will hear the radio in the car and not me.

Has anyone else seeing this same issue? Or any ideas how to fix it. There was an update the other day to 10.1 and it said some bluetooth fixes, I did that last night and re-paired the phone but no luck this morning.

Dealer said they can check the code on MyLink if I want but they seemed to not have a clue.

Issues like this seem to crop up each time Android/IOS are upgraded. It will most likely require an update (to the phone or radio to fix it), the problem will be waiting for it to be fixed (it if gets fixed at all).

Be patient, I noticed this too and reported it to Apple (I'm an Apple developer and beta tester). They seemed to fix these problems in 10.1. I have been running the beta for a few weeks with no problems. I believe it was released to the public last week.

I do see that 10.1 is available, I am running 10.0. I will try to install that and then re-pair everything and see how it goes. I figured it was an issue with the phone since that was all that has changed.

I am having the exact same issue described by Mike. I updated to iOS 10.1 and then iOS 10.1.1 today and the issue still exists.

Guys, its Mylink. Its not setup in the software to be compatible yet. They should update it soon. This is why mylink sucks xD

Its not MyLink and I doubt they will update MyLink because of the issue. Every time IOS does a major update they usually mess up something with the interface. Last year there was an issue with pandora starting immediately and going into error.
I was having issues with mine but I am on 10.2 now and I haven't had any problems lately.

Thanks for your reply and I agree. It worked on 9.x so something changed in 10.x. I did upgrade my phone to 10.1.1 yesterday. I deleted the phone from my car and the car from my phone so I can do a clean re-pair. No luck, issue is still happening. You said it seems to be fixed in 10.2? Any idea when they will release that to the public?

upgrade to 10.1.1 last night Bluetooth and all work fine

No sorry I don't know that but My Iphone 5S is still working fine. All the issues seem to have been resolved.

I'm Beta testing 10.2. No issues. But I did see the OP's issue early on. Seems to have gone away for me.
