SPEEDING

Come on folks.................let's enjoy our Camaros without speeding on our streets and highways - putting people's lives in danger. Call me an old fogy if you will.....................perhaps at 71 I simply want to enjoy life a little longer and want others to enjoy their life also, knowing that we are each MORTAL..................whether or not we drive a HOT Camaro.

I sped home tonite on the 610 doing 120. There were probably 3 other cars total on the road with me,....all in the slow lane(any lane besides mine). It felt good. And it helps to open that engine up. But I can never get to 155(limit), I run out of road.

People around here hear my car in second gear and even though I'm not driving fast, they wave at me, flagging me down, to slow down. I just either wave back at them to piss them off or flip them the bird.

Maybe you should speed up some then, going too slow is just as much a hazard as speeding...

If you bought an SS, my question is why? A Smart Car will go the speed limit. You are probably on the wrong web site.

If the speed limit is......

If the speed limit is 55 would getting there in 6 seconds be considered speeding?
