Texas speed cam

Hey guys, im wanting to put a cam in over the winter and thinking of going with the texas speed cam 231/246 .640”/.615”. They have multiple choices for lsa ranging from 111-114. Ive read on different forms the lift doesnt matter as much as the lsa and vise versa. So can some one explain to me the what the lsa is and what is the max lift/duration i could run on a completly stock ls3? Thanks in advance
