Glad it turned out well for you OP.
three different people that hate The CG polishes lol

I tried a two step and still have scratches.

But that's just their polishes. Other products like their 5050 and Pete's 53 are great.
Some of their shampoos are awesome. I use the citrus wash n gloss as a LSP stripper and some others as a pre soak foam to loosen the dirt before cleaning with my optimum.
The only things I stay away from with CG is their polishes and that lava wax.
Worst wax ever made IMO

way more expensive and doesn't spread easily. You would think at that price they would have nailed the wax down, but no.

This is just thoughts from a sample I got though.

I've also heard very iffy things on their microfibers, which sucks because most of their products are extremely cheap on Amazon and you get Prime plus Subscribe and Save discount.

I haven't tried adams anything yet lol. The stuff is like boogers. Super sticky and the looks aren't nice either.
It's a horrible wax IMO.

I bought a pot brand new and it was garbage. I sent it back with extreme disappointment. You would think a wax hyped up like that one and priced like that it would be near perfect.
It fails in every category EXCEPT smell. That thing smells great !

Oh and to prove a point on the lava wax. The guy at the CG booth in detail fest even said its not worth it to buy the 5050 or Pete's.

The scratches are not deep and are in the clear coat for sure. I used over the counter clay from Mothers. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
