This is what I haul my car on, and my car is lowered over an inch... The only thing is you will have trouble hauling it and your car behind a Tahoe... With the box and other items, it's right at 3300 lbs trailer weight, then throw a 4000 l b car on it and well....28 feet overall length and 5200 lb axles, with brakes on all four wheels... My car does clear the fenders when opening a door as well... I have a removable fender on the drivers side but don't use it...
I highly recommend eTrack and tire webs for thing down on any trailer... Much more secure and the motion of the car on it's suspension doesn't stress the straps. I bolted eTrack to my trailer for the entire length, and there is no having to get under the car to tie it down. I do that standing beside the trailer at all four corners...
