I bought my oem hood on eBay from a scrap yard in mint shape. It bolted on with all my stock hardware.

Nothing needed but paint.

I love it. Getting use to the lines matching now and no stripes. I may play with Photoshop a bit for stripe designs. I love the heat extractor and wider cowl is really noticible especially inside.

Each part works really well with each other.

Just dropped off a z/28 replica spoiler at my painters.

Has anyone had lines removed to match other hoods?

I have yet to see that done.
Having them sanded flat may work but the lines on hood would end higher than normal too.

Lots of modding just for cowl lines

got the car back finally they trimmed the bar that was hitting the bumper a bit and the belly pan looks miles different then the rest of the bumper material

first 2 are basically just where the bumper hits the metal bar and had to be shaved a bit and the last one is of the bellypan type thing they give you now I guess
