2012 V6 Code P0300 Help

Hello everyone,

My 2012 V6 has been having a misfire issue and is throwing code P0300. I've looked up the code and read a few post but nothing really stood out for my particular issue. So I figured I would make this thread and see what you all think could be the issue and what to test for. Anyways here is some info about my car.

It's a 2012 LS V6 M6 with 65k miles and 48k on the engine (Chevy replaced the engine after they bought it back from the original owner, it's a lemon car). The car was twin turbo for a while but I went back to N/A in June 2019. Current mod list is below.
* Cold Air Inductions CAI
* Overkill 80MM TB
* JacFab Ported Intake Manifold
* JacFab Intake Manifold Spacer
* SLP Underdrive Pulley
* ARH Catless Downpipes
* Corsa Catback Exhaust
* Magnaflow Resonated X-Pipe
* Spec Stage 4+ Clutch & Flywheel
* Catchcan & Clean Side Cap
* Custom Dyno Tune

I have more mods than that, but none of which I believe would cause the misfire issue. As for my issue, it started back in December 2019, and has been happening more and more frequently. It finally threw a CEL and the code was P0300.

When the car is cold, it will sometimes fire up and have a bad misfire until it's warm. Once it's warm the misfire clears up and will not show it's self again, even if you shut the car off and fire it back up. The misfire is bad enough when it does happen that it will put the car into limp mode and trigger the service stability message. I have to turn the car off and back on to clear that out and like I said, if it's warm it won't have the misfire anymore.

As for the misfire it's self, when it 1st happened in December 2019, I checked and monitored the car with Autoenginuity software and my laptop, and it was only Cylinder 1, 3, & 5 that was misfiring, with Cylinder 3 appearing to be the worse. The spark plugs was changed out when I converted the car back to N/A. And It didn't do it for the first 6 months of the car being back to N/A. So I'm not sure what is the exact issue.

I would be pulling the plugs.
I'm thinking oil fouled but visual would tell you something.

check for,
excessive carbon buildup in the cylinder head combustion chamber area and/or on the intake/exhaust valve stems.
