Hey guys. My name is Tim. I live in Carroll Co. I've been on the board for a while, but have only posted a couple of things in other sections. I thought it was time I did a formal introduction.

I recently upgraded to a 45th Anniversary SS. I previously had a really nice 2011 LS. WOW! What a difference a couple more cylinders can make, huh?

I was wondering how many members are in, or close to Carroll (Bmore, Howard, Frederick, etc.) and want to get together sometime? I'd love to see some increased activity in the MD chapter.

There's a group of us from Southern PA that gets together for meets. There are a number of guys from Carroll, and Baltimore county area as well. Might want to checkout the SCPA5 group. We do meets in the Hanover, York area and also meet up for Hunt Valley Cars & Coffee.

Welcome.

I am in frederick semi often. But there are a few groups in the DC area.

Look up DMVC5 here and on facebook(I am not affiliated with them but they are the largest local group)

Also on facebook is Capital City 5th and 6th Gen Camaros.

There are lots of meets and events in the maryland area for sure. Largest IMO to get to would be Ocean City Cruisin. May 18th to the 21st

Congrats and yes, V-8 nite n day...I'm over here near Hagerstown...nice mountain rds...got Mason Dixon in summer if you wanna drag it...but be careful 'cuss once the mod bite bite's...it bites HARD....lol....hit up dynoSteve at RDP...turn ur ride into another new experience....even stock..peace out..

Congrats on the up grade. But don't ever for get you can make a 6 also fast.

If you are interested June 23 & 24 2017 in Frederick Fairgrounds, Frederick MD. Is the 19th Annual Camaro Nationals. They will be celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Camaro. It is a great show. I'll be ther for it plus a lot of others from different states. A few of us from New York the Upstate C 5 club will also be there. Check it out on www.camaronationals.org And Carlisle camaro show is the same weekend.

You ain't gotta tell me about the 6's Frank. I was on the verge of going mod crazy on mine, before I let her go. The mod world just seems like the Red Sea parting, now that I have an 8. I plan to go deep into the modding woods soon enough. I'd love to join you guys on those mountain roads one day. Your ride looks sweet too!
