Fans on heat exchanger
Anyone install fans on there stock heat exchanger? I doing the LT4 conversion and plan on installing a pair of 8” spal fans...

I don’t know if these are needed like back in 03/04 with the Cobra. This car flows air pretty well on the 1000 coolers it has.

For drag racing? Maybe. Not need for real track use.

If you want to put a fan,
I think the best will be on the horizontal radiator for the trans... It will generate a flow and prevent trans overheat issue went racing behind another car ;-) |

I'd think about a Alchol/Water sprayer for the coolers if it was just for Drag Racing. In all honestly, thought about designing something for Road Racing but never can get to it.

If you are doing a conversion, skip the HX and go direct to Active Interchiller
