I have the same Remote Start issue you have. I can lock or unlock the car from very far away. I can smash that damn remote start button over and over again, but it wont start until I'm about 15 feet away, about to unlock the Trunk anyway.

Should I be rethinking getting my car? I ordered it on Monday and these seem like real problems. I have been a bit worried about buying a car in its first model year.

Depends. If those sorts of issues are likely to really bother you, then wait until the next model year when many, perhaps all, of the issues will be fixed. Regardless, you will have a warranty and, if you have a good dealer, you should be fine.

Ditto - I have no problem having all of these issues and I do NOT regret buying my car whatsoever. Yea, there are problems - and to be expected. Just note though, all of my issues - none are major. They are just little things that bug me and are probably quick fixes. I myself have a great dealer and will bend over backwards for me so I am not worrying about anything except the infamous "we can't replicate" which on some of the issues is possible.

Updated with a new #17 and the heat issue. Haven't made it to the dealer for the other issues yet.
