Water spots

I was needing something to help me sleep last night, so I decided to read the warranty booklet on the camaro. I found that Chevy will, prior to 12 months or 12,000 miles fix any water spot etching in the paint. So, I will be at my dealer with a bright drop light at 11,999 miles looking for any blotching or water spotting. Just a public service announcement

The dealership probably will take care of the water spots. However, depending on who does the "cut and buff," they very well could replace the water spots with lots...AND LOTS...of swirl marks. If the dealership is going to bring in a 3rd party to do the job, I would ask the dealership to use "your guy" or whoever you know that does great work.

I have used Turtle Wax Ice on my ss from the time I got it last July and I do not have any water spots on it at all. Great stuff and really shines!! Just a thought.
