May want CF Driveshaft

I'm interested in the CF! I blew up my rear this weekend but have not torn it apart yet to see how much damage I've done. I was thinking of doing a ford 9" setup with new gears axles etc. Can you "hold" this until I get mine figured out for the next couple weeks?Also, do you know if the stock heat shield has to be in place or can I do without it?

Cam 227/239-623-620@114 Mast medium bore heads, sw 1 7/8 headers, cat delete, x pipe, 3" dynomax true duals, fuel rails, fast 102 intake and NW 102 throttle body, catch can, rotofab cai, shifter, raptor custom shift light. Dss drive shaft, 3.91 gears. 492 rwhp

We pulled the stock heat shields in lieu of any chance of interference.
