New Wheel Setup (Need some help)

Finally bought some new wheels (Advanti Racing FS FASTOSO) 19 x 8.5 to replace my stock wheels. They came with Pirelli Winter tires that are like new, probably only a season on them. All 4 cost me $200! They're very dirty with brake dust and also I'm needing need new tires for them to use during the summer.

I need some tire size recommendations as well as what products to use to clean them.

Update

Did a light cleaning of the wheels and got most of the dust off but there's still spots that need some heavier cleaning. I used Eagle One Black and Plastic-Coat Wheel Cleaner. Any recommendations?
