BTW, I didn't realize that he was beerless. Otherwise I would have offered him one of Allans.

So there was literally no excuse for Pete not having a beer...

Nice real nice.

Sorry Pete We'll hopefully have them trained up by next fest...

I was too busy socializing with the vegas group and climbing palm trees at the time.

I can only think of the million things he would have rather have been doing than sitting under a car with Dan at 2am, but he did. I....just....don't know what to say about that. I am truly floored...
Actually, I think I can speak for Pete about that event.. when he decided to work on your car - Pete looked at me and said - Hey - we never worked on Doug's car! Anyone have tools? and Chris came to the rescue there.. I was happy to dive in as well.. we needed something to do, besides watch someone climbing the Palm tree. LOL

Building and working on cars is as much fun as driving them fast.. If it's car related, it's fun. The only way to get Speed out of the car is to try different things, and find what works and what doesn't. That was actually a lot of fun for us.. and we all learned something in the process.

Have you noticed how many pictures there are of Pete on this site, sleeves rolled up and him getting his hands dirty installing parts or bettering someone's car?

I would have been like a kitty cat if I climbed a palm tree.
I can get way up there but need the fire Dept. to get me back down...

Not a pretty site..
