I wish I had taken ****pit (Blocked?!? In cabin) vids from my autocross fun 2 months ago and my road track experience from two weekends ago.
I need to buy a go pro....hmmmm....just bought it......Thank you Amazon One-Click and Prime shipping LOL

Found the vids! This was at Knights Stadium, the organizers setup a small autocross with a few tight turns.
My buddy rode along and took some vids, hence the shaky camera :( This time he decided to take a video of my hands while running around the track: Another friend decided to take a vid from outside and time me, a pro driver had shown up that day and done a :34 sec lap.

Unfortunately the course will not look like the one in the video. There had to be a vendor display area and open roads on the facility.... I have a great crew to work with on the AC layout. GARMOL, Rob, Chris, Dan, Danny and I will sort out a great course on the oval and infield.

The oval is out. The West portion of the Road Course is in.
The oval would have been fun, but I have no doubt that more than one C5 member would have kissed a wall. No matter how I ran possible course layouts the oval walls were too close for comfort. We are going to have a FANTASTIC Autocross. If you haven't registered for the AC NOW is a good time to get it done. |
