Looks like they are driving on a frozen Lake in Michigan or Ontario.

I drive every day here in Minne-snow-ta using my stock 19 inch tires. It's just not a big deal... Another Guy at work is driving his RS with the stock (summer only, I might add) 20 inch tires.

Why you ask? I can give you about $30,000 reasons.

The Camaro handles just like every car did when I was growing up. Unless you owned an El Dorado or a Jeep, you had rear wheel drive.

What I will say is that if there is more than an inch of snow on my driveway I can not get up the 5% incline to the road. My 1999 Gen4/3.8L Automatic has the same problem.

So we shovel a lot...(or we just stay home from work...)

I like the "bone head" pictures. As for the snow Ill leave the Camaro in the garage till it all goes away.

Today here in Lansing, MI US 127 was shut down because of a bad accident. I drove the Camaro today.

I also went out after the snow stopped and took it around the shopping center. There was ice. Happy to report, the stabilitrak and pirelli scorpions worked great.

After seeing this, I so want to get the Camaro out on the ice (frozen lake), and really see what it can do. Snow tires that can go 150mph...

Yeah like someone else said earlier, I also am not that blown away. It's not like they were showing how it stays on the road in snowy conditions, they were just driving around a wide open area.

It is what it is. The car wasn't meant to handle like a dream in wintery conditions. It's drivable, yes. But I know the back end on mine has slid around a few times even when driving very conservatively.

Its not the car get snow tires. In ct my car handles well in the snow I have Blizzak 60m 18's on it. I have heard the Perrelli scorpions do well too.
Here I am caught in a surprise snowstorm in Vermont. It handled so well I stopped and took pictures

No issues on the curves or hills. I even passed a 4x4 stuck on a hill.

If we get the snow predicted for tomorrow I will make a video of myself driving around the hills near my house. Unless its 24 inches then I'm staying home. I noticed that the SUV's are the ones I always see stuck on in a ditch. 4WD doesn't help a stupid driver.
