well in that case it's pretty obvious, nobody has a "right of way" to swerve into other streets and smash into people parked behind the stop sign line. Not sure why there was any question for the police officer. Whether the guy changed his mind about turning is actually irrelevant, even if he never intended to turn off the road under no circumstances does he have a right of way to swerve onto other roads and smash into parked cars. |

thanks guys for all the support! the police report will be available next week. The insurance adjuster will be visiting the body shop sometime monday and i will hear from him tuesday.
i still think im having a bad nightmare.... i missed my morning lab and my professor was cool about not marking my absent...she felt my pain she said her 03 vette got side swiped by someone who didnt check their blind spot on the highway |
