Does anyone have a PN for the front valances? My dealer says they cannot find them in their system. TIA!

The parts guy was looking at the wrong diagram. They were able to find it (with my help and the pic from this thread) and got a set ordered.

The stance looks sooooo much better with the spacers removed.

Good deal. Work those parts guys.

Weight transfer for drag racing will suffer from spacer removal.

My Dealer also left the spacers in and did not put on the front valances for the splitter. I showed the service dept this (Service Information 2012 Chevrolet Camaro | Camaro (VIN F) Service Manual | Document ID: 2756086). He said that it came on the 2012 not the 2013. Talked to GM customer serv., they say 2013 ZL1 did not come with them. Been a week and a half with no results, still taking not no for an answer!

Mine has them on my 2013 ZL1 Vert, if you're referring to the small 'winglets' that mount underneath the front splitter at each front corner.
As a matter of fact, they are Part # 22757643 according to my invoice when I had them replaced.

I plan on taking it back to the dealer in the morning to get this stuff corrected.
Same thing to me today, drove up to dealer & they removed while I waited!

Missing outer valance panels 22757643

Just bought a new ZL1 last Friday and thanks to this forum found that they left the front spacers in and also forgot the outer valance panels. I took the spacers out but am having a hard time getting the dealership to order the outer valance panels (in front of the wheels) they claim to be clueless. I have called chevy customer service and verified that the car comes with the panels and have communicated this to the dealership and met with the parts department manager, but they are just overwhelmed. Its a small dealership with a very small staff and does not do a lot of volume.

Any ideas before I just order them online and give up? I have given them the parts number and they still claim that the ZL1 does not come with them and can not find the part.

Thanks

They are looking at the wrong diagram. Tell the parts counter to pull up the diagram that shows the front fender liners. You can clearly see the outer valance with two screws. My dealer tried to tell me the same thing. BTW, the part number is for both valances and 4 screws. It's a kit.

Don't let them push it back on you and don't pay for them yourself. They should have been installed on the car and someone along the way messed up. The dealer should be held accountable.

The **'d out portion above is "ZL1 registry' without the space.

Camaro Quality Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)

Please be sure to review the Camaro Quality Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and CSDS forms published for this vehicle. There are several special inspections items highlighted for this vehicle vs. others. Additionally the CSDS form has important customer education pieces that we have learned during our Captured Test Fleet process. Report any product issues via Field Product Report. Refer to the latest version of Corporate Bulletin 02-00-89-002 titled "Information for Dealers on How to Submit a Field Product Report." Canadian dealers should refer to the latest version of Corporate Bulletin Number 10-00-89-006.
  • Install front bumper outer valance panels. The part number for these Valance panels is 22757643 and comes in a kit.

Thank you so much for the input. The dealership has been really good but has just dug their heels in on this. I am waiting on a call back from chevy customer service as I have told them I want a field rep or someone who is in this region to call me back and help the dealer order these or show them how to order. Thanks for the diagram.
