TS Stage 2 AFM-2 L99 Camshaft

I'm looking into replacing my cam with a Texas Speed Stage 2 AFM-2 L99 Camshaft. This model doesn't required the heads to be removed and uses the stock L99 lifters.

This might be a dumb question but what keeps the lifters from falling out when the cam is removed? Also the fuel system is stock except for the LS9 injectors. Would this require an upgrade to the fuel pump? It's been running fine so far as is.
