The recon is only on the Island of Oahu, it is a pain in the a$$ there, the other Islands only go by safety check so it's a lot easier to do mod without problems. Good luck Sky, I hope someone is cool enough there to let you slide, I'm sure if you check around you'll find someone to do it for you.

Sky, if it's not too late, you might try the goodyear off H-1 in Waipahu...they passed my car when it got out here with 17% all around...just left the tint inspection row unchecked, lol...

Brah, you don't know somebody, who knows somebody, who knows somebody's uncle who can hook you up with that dumbass safety inspection? I didn't even have to bring the car in when I lived there, just the paperwork. Ask around, there's always somebody who knows somebody. |
