Not sure what it is but the Dayco doesn't have it. I see it fits 09-13 ZR1 Vette. There is also a 5% version PBO1662SS5.
sorry for hijacking my own thread but the topic was only listed in one other thread.
no issues at all. a lot of the ctsv guys run them. I'm currently running the 22% pulley on the same hub.

Do you have a part number for the 22% Dayco?

PBO1662SS22 is for the whole balancer. I had to order from Australia, mace engineering. If you already have the balancer you can swap to the 22% check out maceengineering.com

Thanks for the link to the site. Can you change just the supercharger pulley? I thought they were a solid one piece design.

She's running good boost is building up faster now, I'm happy they still replaced it since I have a tune, what saved me was the supercharger wasn't altered. I'm gonna do a 2.55 pulley this up coming summer and get it retuned, may do a cam too

Doing the upper was a bigger undertaking than I thought. I thought the snout would come straight off. Nope. The valley tube was in the way and so was some lid bolts. I ended up removing the lid, then the SC and snout. The back bolts on the lid were the worst. I used an oval rubber hammer handle and rotated it under the cowl, then went after the bolts with different extensions and universals all 1/4" drive until I found a combo that worked. The bolts will sit in the rubber grommet of the lid if you let them but will fall if you goof.happy

He seemed to be pretty down to earth, helped me figure some things out on his own time. I'll try to remember to tell him you said Hi. might be a while, I hear he's busy.

OK, so it fits the ZL1 , was there any belt length issues besides the blower belt?

no belt issues at all. if you do it hit me up, and Ill hook you up with the correct belt cheap. I have a gates green belt with 500 miles on it before I went with the bigger 22% pulley.
