Ladies and Gentlemen...
Another great CAMARO SUPERFEST is in the record books! THANKS!!! to all that came out to have fun and enjoy the Camaro's and friends, new and old! THANKS to Ben and all of the judges from the Michigan Firebird Club and friends. Great job guys and gals!
Was it the heat? Other than a bit warm, the weather was perfect ALL weekend and we had a great turn-out. While we dropped 10 cars from last year (268 registered minus 13 no shows = 255; last year was 265), it was still a very successful event. MIS was once again a blast, the park was nice and dry, grass cut, the Saturday Poker Run was fabulous (THANKS EMCC Paul!) and I think I did OK getting through awards fairly fast.
A HUGE THANK-YOU to all of my fellow EMCC members for doing all that needed to be done and beyond. Another special THANKS to the wives that have stepped-up and helped out - it is greatly appriceated!!

We the members of EMCC sincerely hope that if you attended, you had a great time!!! We'd certainly like to hear from you too! We'll get an event survey going on teh CSF website soon. Right now, we're relaxing and recouperating... THANKS again for attending!

To Barry and the crew,

Our hat's off to you!! This was a great event, you and everyone on your crew done a great job putting this together and seeing it through. Everything ran smoothly even though one or two got lost during the poker run, that we can blame on Paul.
Interesting speakers at both evening events, great food and fun times.

Thanks for all the hard work it showed.

Scott, awesome pics. I don't know how that one fellow was excluded because it looked to me like you had the whole field covered. Great looking family too. Thanks for coming to our event. You have no idea how great it feels when someone says what a great time they had after we've worked hard towards that end. Next year, augment that good time by coming on Thursday night and attend MIS day. That might just be the best!! Watching 150 Camaros leaving the Hotel parking lot was almost as good as the laps around MIS.

PS I grew up on the southside and in Homewood

Homewood!! Small world. Love the original Aurelios!!!!! I would have loved to have driven on MIS but my wife couldn't get the days off of work so we just drove in for the day. I got to drive my '97 30th Anniversary Edition Z28 around Indianpolis Motor Speedway back in the fall of 2008 (where GM introduced the 2010 to the public for the first time) and we had a blast. Take care.

Too bad she had to work -- maybe next year. Aurelio's is the best pizza on earth!! I worked there at the original one on Ridge Road way back when I was a kid!! I found two of them in Fla. One in Naples; one in Fort Myers. Darn, I'm hungry!
