Do you use the tire inflator in our cars at home?

And what tire pressure should the tires be at? I was told 36 cold but the shop just put mine on at 32.

I'm tired of using the stupid thing at gas stations and the ones you buy online are expensive or cheap and slow. Slow is fine if its free and already in my trunk :P

Don't be a cheapass. Buy a $75 Sears air compressor and a good gauge. Experiment to your heart's content. Keep your kids soccer balls blown up.

What he said. I didn't pay that much, only about $45.00, but it is a small price to pay. I also hate the ones at the gas station. I always end up taking air out instead of inflating. Check the pressure cold and keep 'em at 36.

okay, i just bought this one:
http://www.amazon.com/Goodyear-i8000...+tire+inflator

i hate using the 12v in our cars to inflate tires, much prefer a plug-in type. it will be here on friday. hopefully riding my new tires for another 48 hours at 32psi won't wear them too much.

Both of our Camaros came with a tire inflator. I works good to me, a little slow..but it gets the job done...

I got this, it was $79 but Menards had a $50 rebate on it a few weeks ago when I got it for $29 after rebate. Ceiling mounted compressor with 25 foot retractable air hose.
