Torq thrust on LS Camaro

I am looking for some fitment suggestions on the wheels I want to buy. I have a 2012 ls and I am looking at getting american racing Torq Thrust M wheels in 18x9. My questions are whether my stock tires can be swapped to the new wheels since they only have 15k miles on them (I currently have the 18 inch steelies), and what offset is suggested so that the wheels fit correctly and look good. I have never bought custom wheels before so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
Jordan
