ZL1 Exclusive Color? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Now that we know for sure what it's official name will be, what color shall we paint it? Team Camaro has said that the entire Camaro pallette is available but what if we could paint it whatever color we wanted, what color would you pick? For me, my three favorites would be:

1. - Marina Blue

2. - Jet Stream Blue

3. - Super Sonic Blue

Saw Supersonic Blue on a ZR1 this weekend and wasn't blown away. Jet Stream is a sweet color...it gets my vote.

Marina Blue!

Edit: Marina Blue was correct up to '67. To be closer to authentic it really should be LeMans Blue.

I just got back from the Chicago auto show, and I can say without question my number one choice would be the new Cadillac Black Diamond tri-coat. OMG that is one of the most amazing paint jobs I've ever seen, OEM or not. I couldn't imagine what it looks like in the sun. That black diamond CTS-V coupe was the car of the show for me, drop dead gorgeous. Pictures do not come anywhere close to doing this color justice.

I know it ain't happening, but please make the ZL1 in black diamond tri-coat an exclusive premium color, please!!!

The more blue's the better!!! If I end up buying one it will be some shade of blue no matter what. However the more blue's the harder the choice

I agree 1000%! For weekend car, that would be a great color, to keep it in garage.

This was in another thread very recently. Fbodfather commented that there likely won't be any exclusive colors because the ZL1 will be built at Oshawa and the paint systems there are shared and there's only so many paint lines. He also mentioned that the blue, while loved by some, don't sell well at all.
