What Sycraft posted, I ran that and constantly ran good times. I was constantly over 110 mph, think the porting gave me 10 or 15 HP based off the trap times. Big torque gain was from the trans cooler, allowed the transmission to transfer the power better.
Car is transforming into a beast that people don't want to race against. |

If you do manage to hit 11's with a V6 my wife is gonna kill me, because I'll copy your setup.

The ported intake worked well though, gave me my highest trap speeds and resists heat soak. Too bad my transmission wasn't getting cooled or I would have hit 12's a long time ago. But we figured out that part, so now we know that a trans cooler is required on IPF setups at the drag strip. |

I dont want to thread jack, but can you make a diy on the transcooler for us. I plan on doing it right after the supercharger goes on
Thanks for all the testing you have done!

If you have an IPF supercharger and use this manifold, do NOT run the V60C1D tune, that tune will run very very lean at startup and will try to stall out the car. I was fine with it on my LLT Ported IM, but not with the LFX. I am stuck running that tune since it his the only one for 3.91 gears even though I requested over a week ago a 3.91 gear tune based off the V60C1C10 tune.

Funny cause V60C1D was lean at startup even without the LFX intake. Went through a couple versions with Arno before we got it right. Misfires were pretty bad.

I don't know who's car they used to get the V60C1D tune for longtubes, but they had the worse flowing headers in the world. Going to call Andy on Monday to see if they can get me a new tune fast. Car ran fine but rich after the car learned how much more air flows. |

Since this thread was bumped, definitely do this upgrade. Yesterday after very hard runs the intake manifold was cool to the touch and all my runs were consistent for MPH.
