I've had my daily driver 2013 for almost a month now. Hit 60K on the way to work this morning.

Update from the 4/2019 post: I'm at almost 70K now. Had it for about a year and 3 months as a daily driver, but didn't drive much between March and middle of June due to Covid work from home situation.

No major issues so far. Just replaced the washer pump and I'll need a couple of front tires soon, but she's staying strong!

That great to hear others actually D/D their 1LE's. I remember when you posted that you finally got her. Keep on keeping on!

Please no flaming, it’s not the only vehicle here that is driven when the mood serves me. But every time I see this thread I have passed by. Many have reported plenty of fun miles to date and some have really enjoyed 100,000’s miles. I am at the extreme other end of the barbell, this summer I will punch through 500 miles. So after 5 years the break in is near done🤣. Just did the 3rd oil change yesterday at 435. It’s so not about the money or caring about the depreciation, I just love owning the vehicle, doing some very soft cosmetic appearance mods over the years (thank you Lupe at River City)(Baer 2 piece rotors frt/rear) and taking it out a few times a summer. Bought during the 20% off sale in late 2015, settling with the dealer on a fair bit more than that off MSRP. My 1LE will likely never be washed again post the delivery wash I gave it, but it’s possible in 3 years when I retire as I plan on driving more often in around Lake Las Vegas. And like so many rightly say someone someday WILL get a new old car if my son doesn’t want it. For now I’m good and wouldn’t have it any other way. Stay well folks.

About a week ago I saw a red 2013 1LE, same as me, approaching in my rear view mirror and it felt like Christmas. Got a thumbs up. Camaro people are the best people.

What I never expected is how reliable this car has been. I'll attach a photo at the end of this with today's mileage but in all those miles, and after one small accident where an Asian lady smashed up my passenger door, the ONLY thing to every break on my car is the parking brake linkage. That's it. Have any of you been this lucky? Are they all this reliable? I don't make a habit of doing burnouts but I do get on the throttle whenever I'm in the open and I've had it up near the speed limiter a couple times. At its current mileage it'll still go WOT without any complaints whatsoever. This amazes me. Imagine owning any Chevrolet from the 1990s with damn near 200k miles on it and trying to go WOT. The car may move but the engine would stay put.
After 6 years of ownership, multiple performance enhancements I've yet to have any kind of mechanical issue or electronic issue with the car after nearly 52000 miles. I'd have to say that GM and the good folks in Canada that built the car did a great job at producing such a solid product. Congrats on getting to enjoy your car over those (s)miles.

Have to agree - 2014 1LE jsut turned 50,000 miles and the only issue is some electrical glitches (headlights go on and the radio gets some static) they did a great job with these cars
