received mine on Friday. with 5400 miles no snow/rain being seen from it, I don't have to worry about it to much. but will eventually get it done. I must say, for mine (2016) first year production, (knock on wood) havn't had any first MY issues like some MFGR do. This is really the first one that crept up on me.

Got mine in the mail the other day. Won't be able to get it in for the repair until Spring. Maybe they can do the fix for the transmission shutter that's suppose to be ready Q1.
My letter also had a reimbursement form so that if the work had already been completed elsewhere, and paid out of pocket, they would take care of it as long as you can provide receipts.

FYI: I was just in for a problem with my gas gauge/fuel system today and was told that the recall was pulled for now due to lack of parts.

My question is will they do the recall if my car is modded and tuned? I have headers, CAI and E85 tune.

That has nothing to do with the reason for recall.

I know but dealers see mods, especially a tune, and instantly freak out and deny warranty work. If mine needs the recall I will ask and just be upfront about my mods and see what they say.

Its not warranty work. Its a recall. Dealers have to do it regardless. You could have 7 turbos and 8 superchargers sticking out of the hood, as long as the original bolts are there to replace, they will replace them.
As a side note, this is kinda hillarious. The bolts expire!!
