Turbo guys what's your oil pressure?

Just seeing what you guys have for oil pressure on a hot day. My twin turbo set up is about 18psi @ idle with oil temps around 220-230 degrees. Cruising its about 32psi. I run Valvoline 20w-50 full syn as that's what I was told to run from the previous owner of the car. It does have a built / forged motor in it, I don't have any issues and the car does have AN lines for the turbos (feed and return lines) and a scavenge pump so its expected to lose some pressure through all of that.

What are you guys at?

My old ls3 block ran around 26-28 psi when warmed up at idle. Cruising was mid 30s. Turbo oil feed is right off the oil pressure sensor so I’m assuming that affects the reading a bit? I’m not sure.

I would watch it and see if it consistently idles at 18 psi. Or if it lowers over time.

It's constantly at 18psi at a hot idle. I am feeding 2 turbo's with a bunch of oil lines and an oil cooler. Cruising I'm about 32psi at 1700 rpm. I'm not concerned about it more so just seeing where others were at.

20PSI MIN Oil pressure Warm is what you want to see on an LS. With that said, there are also other factors to consider. for starters, I'd recommend having that checked out. Even on Stock Motor Full Warm on the back end of a pass just after stopping it would have 22PSI.

Things to consider, what oil pump is in the car? How often do you change the Oil? What fuel your running? (Ethanol Will Dilute) What pressure on cold start? Also, Oring on Pick Up Tube could be something there. Tons of things it could be. But something I'd recommend getting checked out before you hurt the motor.

Just for Reference Cold Start on my Built Motor Single Turbo Car is 48PSI Cold Start. Fully Warm seeing 36PSI. We run Ethanol for fuel as well as VR1 SAE 40 For Oil

30-35psi at idle, 45-50psi at highway speed and 70-75psi at 6500RPM(log from a 1 mile track run) 20W50 oil
No oil cooler,LSX block with Melling hi-volume pump w/stock pressure spring.

Dry sump, so probably not any help… 35 psi warm idle, 45 psi at 5500 and about 50-55 psi at 9k rpm… Amsoil,
