I’ll post wiring and diagram tomorrow! I finished all but the flex sensor and I think I have the computer right but will confirm with Kevin tomorrow…

10 Started by installing my relays in the trunk wheel well and tuning wires under rear seat. Hooking up big blue and red and the chassis grounds to the seat bracket.
11 Hooked up the blue and white sending unit wires and zip ties along the main red power wire from battery.

12 mounted my Hobbs switch by my power brake booster on a block on fire wall I have to hook up a few other vacuum items for supercharger also and I’m meticulous when it comes to what I see! Also will be using as a ground not hot circuit to power secondary pump circuit…

13 Then ran a black and red wire from engine bay to back seat use wire way by passenger seat and utilize the pug by AC system and Cabin air filter to run wires.

Black wire is ground for Hobbs secondary pump relay and red is for both relay power from ignition source out of fuse box.

13 For the wiring on the pump lets start with the main wires. Blue and red + positive off relays with ring ends to battery hook them up last. Two big red and blue are for the pump main power out of harness the go to the two reds coming out of pump. The two black wires out of pump go the chassis ground - supplied by agp as well I hooked them to the seat bracket bolt.

14 For the relay control wires I used the Hobbs switch as a ground to activate secondary pump pink - wire. The blue with black striped + and red + are the positive to relays brought a red wire from fuse box in engine bay and off an ignition on fuse to power what key is on, the black with blue - to the chassis ground under seat bracket bolt as well.

To me this was much more simpler than the AGP instructions had laid out and is why I made a diagram, Might be the Engineer in me but much more simple to understand.

Next Ill get into the HP tuner but my car is running and the second pump sounds bad ass as the fuel runs through it and returns and my pressure is set about 44 PSI!!!

Note that I switched to the green and white wire and now have prime, I like it much better...

Will update flex fuel installation soon. It is working and reading 10.2 corn on gas in fuel in my HP Tuner

I just got mine all hooked up as well. One thing to be cautious of when running E85: these fuel lines supplied by AGP are not teflon lines needed for ethanol. They are just CPE lines. They will probably last for a bit of time running ethanol through them…but not officially what you’re supposed to run with corn. So if you plan on running lots of E85 over a lengthy period of time…you better switch to teflon lines (and they need new hose ends and fittings that are made for them).

Another tip: you can remove your oem fuel pressure sensor and relocate it to the engine bay and hook it up to your fuel pressure regulator. This way you can still log fuel pressure in the scanner. ICT Billet makes 4’ wiring harness extensions. You need 2 of them (8 feet) to get it all the way into the engine bay. You also need a 3/8 push-to-connect block off plug. Then simply remove the pressure sensor down by the gas tank (it just hangs there on the passenger side), use the plug to block that off. Extend the harness up into the engine bay. Then get a 1/8 npt to AN6 male and screw it into your port on the regulator (or AN 8…or whatever…few ways to do this). I used a 90 degree so that the contraption could be pointed towards the back of the engine and not stick straight out at the motor. Then get a 3/8 push to connect female to AN6. This will plug right into the 3/8 push to connect male that you took out by the fuel tank with your sensor attached. Short piece of AN6 hose…hook it all up…you’re good to go

I think I am going to be doing this as well. Been running the twin pumps for a while but never hooked the fuel pressure sensor back into the feed line.

As far as the agp lines and e85, mine lasted about 5 years with mostly e85 usage before it started leaking. Replaced feed from the tank this past winter with this.

Just a few updated pics, Moved the sensor up to the pump and checked HP Tuner was reading great... It was easy and just caped the old line that is return line now. $16 in parts off amazon!

Also a few pics of the flex sensor install.
