Great dyno day. Everything from 8 second camaros to 1000+rwhp mustangs. Tons of cars is an understatement.

Doug, bring the new car. Only Sooch cares about the camaro, I want to see the Scud.

Hey,

I'm doing a project and need the dyno sheets for 2013 Honda Accord, Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the Ram 1500. Anybody have the number for the premier performance guys? I heard they might have something like that.

Tod are you being serious or are you trying to be cute?

Yes Premier might have DYNO sheets for cars like that. They're a huge shop and they work on everything. Brock Besner is the owner. http://www.premierperformanceut.com/

You won't get a hold of Him now though, He's probably out enjoying the weekend with His Wife and Kids.

Just got back from a week-long trip to the PRK (Peoples' Republik of Kalifornia): 3000 miles, 3000 photographs (I'm editing them now to put on my website, some are here already http://www.chevyasylum.com/cruisin/c...3/Welcome.html ) and 3 million dead bugs on the front of the car. I'm about to go put a lawn sprinkler on to soften 'em so I can clean 'em off.

I was able to get the car close enough to airborne at the same place I got most of the bugs (and one rabbit), the northern tip of the Mojave desert. There were enough dips in the road (and their corresponding rises) so that I could get wheelspin in 6th as I crested the rise. I was running between 100 and 120. Then I realized I didn't have my seat belt on and decided that it was kinda silly to be doing that. But it was a pretty nice rush.

Easy? Hell, we wuz just havin fun.

I just ordered sequential taillights and paint-matching marker lights. I hope to have that all done (along with the heritage grill, short-throw shifter, etc) by the time the Rat Fink Reunion comes around (05/30-06/01) so I can get Greg 'Coop' Cooper to lay some pinstripes on it. Is anyone else going to the RFR? This will be my 10th year (I was in the hospital for the first one...just a minor heart attack issue. )

Photo of my baby in the Virgin River Gorge (at least I pulled over for some photos at a legal spot.)

I can't remember when I owned a car that was so much fun. It was a great work/vacation (I shot the award ceremony at the Dry Lakes Hall of Fame 'Gas Up' along with my friend, Glenn 'Doc Freud' Freudenberger.)

Now it's on to editing museum/other files for the web. A new career as a photo editor, it seems. For every hour spent shooting, there's 3-4 in editing/html coding to follow it up.

Hmmm...I went the other way...to Helper. Interesting show, there was one other Gen 5 Camaro there...a Transformer...with an interesting graphic on the hood.

Mama tole me that if I couldn't say something nice, then not to say anything at all, so I won't say anything about the way the show was run.

But I learned something from an Avanti owner: To keep from collecting bugs on the front of the car, cover it with Saran Wrap. Works better on the Avanti than the Camaro, but at least it keeps bugs off the non-grill section of the nose.

Alas, no. This is Le Mans weekend. I always do an all-nighter to watch/listen to the whole thing. Otherwise, I'd be there for sure.

I'm considering adding black 69-style script emblems above the crossed flags. The whole body is de-chromed and the black might just work to emulate the 1st Gen look. Still considering.

Have fun in Heber,

Update: I've decided that the script emblems just don't look right. I'll just leave well enough alone for the time being.
