Odd sound when headlights are on

Does anyone know what could cause this noise in the video? Only happens when my headlights are on.

That's a bad relay, or weak ground for the relay. Relays are super-cheap; try a new one first. If there is an identical relay already elsewhere in the system, swap them and see if the noise follows the suspected "bad" relay.

It's the ballast for your HIDs i think. What kind of ballasts are you running? Cheap Chinese ones will make that buzzing noise.

It doesn't make the noise when the relay is out. It something with my DRLs, we disconnected them and it stopped. Something is causing the relay to "freak out"

Not enough trigger amperage would be your best bet. That doesn't look like a factory piece. And there is aftermarket wiring right there to so the dealership will help you but it won't be under warranty I don't think.
