Thanks guys.
The door panels were hand made fiberglass. The subframe is from Wayne Due and uses DSE control arms, AFX spindles, AGR rack, and Speedway Engineering splined sway bar. Couple more pics...

I love that.. I am in the air with what I want to do.. I want a 5th gen but man I have been helping my father in-law build his 64 Impala SS and putting it back together. But a good friend of his and ours builds 67-69 Camaro's but builds them to original specs and sells them for over 100 grand. But he has one that is in decent shape not to much body work that I am thinking of buying and putting in the lS3 engine in.. But a very very nice job done with it.

For all those guys out there that want a car to do a project like this you better have deep pockets!!! Most average people don't understand at all how much money it takes to have one one finished like XcYZ has. You would have to spend in the neighborhood of what a couple loaded 2010 SS's would cost new and that is if you can do some of the work. Just saying from experiance.

What a great looking 69, I had a new one in 69 and I always loved the car, things did not work out and my ex ended up with it. I love the color and white stripes on your 69. Maybe my 2010 Victory Red will end up with white stripes.

Yep, I did everything but the red.

And as long as I'm posting... Back in May I dropped the subframe out of the car and replaced it with a significantly better setup. I used snowmobile dollies to roll the old subframe out and roll the new subframe back under the car.

Question on some of the build content
First of all Gorgeous car, I have an identical red and white stripe 69. What mirrors did you use? If they are remote control, are they electric or cable. Steering, did you install a rack n pinion how did the intermediate shaft fit? If you used a gear box, what are your recommendations? Whose subframe did you use, and how did it fit to the floor pan and rad support. Again, my complements, that is awesome workmanship and vision.
