SCT X4 and Jannetty Tune

I am amazed. 100% night and day difference, it truly shpuld be this good from the factory. Small issue related to user error, but Ted made sure to help me the following day. I cant recommend this enough.

It should of had to download software through WiFi connection. When I do mine on the 2012 SS it took a long time before I could even start the download.

I cannot revert to stock, the instructions in the user manual both in my box and online are incorrect. After the recent update I assume there is no longer an option to revert to stock with just one button.

I too had several issues with my new SCT tuner. Sorry to hear about your issues. Sounds like an issue with the tuner, unfortunately you will have to talk to a customer service from SCT to fix your tuner. There technical support is pretty darn good and they should have you up and running quickly. I too had several issues with mine as well and actually had to send it back to them in order to fix it. Even after I got it back i still had to spend several hours on the phone with them while we trouble shot the problem which was the programmer would connect to the car but would not download the tune from Ted. My issues all started too with a download off the website to upload their updates. I sincerely doubt it has anything to do with the tune that Ted sent you but he is the expert in these matters. Ted also tuned my car a few years back and it runs awesome, hope this helps some and sorry for your issues. I know it can be frustrating as I spent several thousands of dollars myself in upgrades only to have to wait almost a month before i could fire my car up because of tuner issues. Good luck my friend

Did you got a canned tune from Ted or did you provide him with a datalog?

I got the free one provided with the SCT X4, my car is stock aside from the CAI and tune. Per Ted's instruction, I have not datalogged.

Just want to clarify the descriptions.

I do not provide Canned tunes, that is what comes in the tuner itself provided by the manufacturer.

Every tune I write is Custom,specific to each customer and their car.

I recommend data logging when I deem it necessary when I deliver the custom tune.

Hopefully we can provide you with a JRE custom tune when you are ready.

Just loaded my Jannetty Racing custom tune to my 2010 Camaro, I’m VERY impressed! You know you have a great tune when your seatbelt locks you in the seat when you step on the gas! Lol. Others are right, this is how it should be.
