Just because we havent heard it Through Scott, or CamaroScott, doesnt mean that there is no plans. Im sure the product specialist would know, i hate how everyone just jumps at people when they hear something new. The Z28 is a possiblitiy, especially if there is a product specialist saying that there is one. Its not like he said as a 2010 model, in 2011 makes it a 2011 model or 2012 model, there is a possibility. Please stop jumping at people and burning people's sources all the time. I have had my source burned just for talking about the delay, which is really sad becausee i have the email dating back to Dec 18th with the delay of production to March 16. There are other people out there who are credible sources

i wasn't tryin to burn that person's source & sayin they're wrong. i just meant that with GM's current state, we need to focus on the car we know exists & is being released. GM ain't officially said there's a Z28 & they've never officially said it's dead. all i meant was that in a time where GM could use every dollar they have right now, it wouldn't be wise to invest in a car the market can't currently support, and they know that. i'm suggesting we focus on the cars available & support them instead. if the camaro is a need, buy the SS & be happy. if it's purely a want & you can stick it out a little longer, more power to ya, but it ain't productive to keep stirring the pile.

Wow. Take a chill pill.
Now that we're calm - there is no official information regarding the Z28. As for the price of the ZR1, you could say it is comfortably higher than that of a mcdonalds double cheeseburger. - Xanthos

Hey Zebra, i didnt direct at you, in fact not at all so sorry if i offended you in any way, i know exactly what you mean and i agree with you 100 percent. Its just that lately, everyone has been jumping out at peoples sources and in some cases we could have all had information earlier if people just accepted it. maybe in a couple of monthes or a year, or longer that there will be a Z28 hitting the streets in 2011. Even though im not getting one, i would be happy for eveyone who gets one and i would be excited to see it tear up all the competition, but for now im just happy we are all getting our Camaros. |

WAITING!

Everyone who says there is no Z/28 is dead wrong. GM has confirmed that there WILL be one coming in 2011, and it was codesigned with honda and ford to meet CAFE standards with a twin-turbocharged 1.0L 3 Cyl engine.

WAITING!

Actually my post was slightly innacurate. Gm realized that the Z28 is old and irrellivant, and went to the next number and around the alphabet to the next letter... So it is the A/29.
