LG Motorsports wheels

I installed some LG Motorsports ZL1 replicas this week and I've noticed the vehicle feels a lot different, does anyone know if these are a lot heavier than the OEM ZL1 wheels? i expected the wider fronts and rears to add some heavier feeling in steering, but even over small imperfections in the roads the car thuds and feels so much heavier

This may not be completely the same situation: I went from the stock 19" wheel (I dont recall the width) to an aftermarket 20x10 wheel. I'm sure there was a weight increase but at the same time I went from a 245/55R19 tire to a 285/35R20 tire, which I attribute the shorter profile difference in the thud experienced when hitting those road imperfections. I was rather surprised at how loud and shocking the thud is now compared to what it used to be.

P.S. I have to edit my signature block to include the different wheels ; )

if your wheels are cast going wider plus the additional meat on the tire it would definitely add weight and effect the performance of the car.
Our Flow forged wheels FS01, FS02, FS06 and even our reps that are flow forged like the M017, M716 and new M755 will all save you a rough estimate of about 4-5lb per corner even going 20x10 with the wider tire compared to factory 20x8.5 or 9.5

I just purchased these and they should be here in a few days.

Question - does anyone know if the GM 1LE bowtie center caps will fit these? I asked the LG rep and he said "they should" fit but he didn't sound too confident.

I've searched the forums but for some reason a lot of the LG ZR28 threads have been locked or purged.

Bump for the thread, I'm installing some newer tires in the next coming weeks and will see if maybe the runflats on the rear are whats causing it to feel the way it does,(most likely the case) but the problem still persists.... I've looked for posts about the weight differences and haven't found any concrete info.
