Trailing Arms / Toe Links Upgrade
Looking to do a little suspension upgrade and would like to start with some trailing arms and toe links. Looking at a few options but my question is how difficult are they to install and can they be done on stands in the garage? Any DIY guides to help out?

I don't know the difficulty of installing them as I paid to have mines installed . But I did watched one of my boys installed his in front of his house on jack stands. I tell ya one thing it will be a very tight squeeze working like that

BMR provides good instructions. It's pretty strait forward, but you will have to drop the cradle a little bit to get the drivers side inner toe link bolt out. The outer trailing arm bushing in the knuckle can be a PITA as well, but it's definitely all doable on jack stands if you are mechanically inclined.

What trailing arms are you going with? I went with BMR on my '10 V6. But not sure which ones for my '11 SS. I would like to stick with BMR though.

I'm picking them up tomorrow when I swing by BMR. I ended up placing an order for:

The ZL1 toe links are as good as any aftermarket parts out there.

you will love how good it hooks once finished, I added the bmr toe rods, trailing arms, upper control arm bushings, and full cradle bushings. then just recently added the sb 039 rear sway bar, helped me out a lot but to me the biggest difference were the toe rods and trailing arms. I also have their tunnel brace and subframes. just make sure you get their trailing arm bushings

Got em today and the BMR stuff is top quality and make the stock stuff look like aluminum foil. Can't wait to get em installed. Best customer service and got a tour of the plant. Can't say enough on how awesome they are.
