Bo's ported TB will give you better throttle response and make about 4 to 5 hp more than stock . The vitesse throttle controller will only improve throttle response . The combo of the Bo ported TB ,a CAI, and the race scoop is something that flat out works .

Right. If it were a BBK throttle body or something, I may advise against that but, it's not. There's no harm in getting both, really.

the only thing that is going to gain you any hp is long tube headers with a tune. The cats are the restriction. The CAI helps the headers but unless you provide a way for the air to get out adding air will not do anything for you. Your engine doent need more then the 90mm tb can provide. Get it ported for better response.

I should have bought a ZL1

This is wrong it is already proven that cai and race scoop will add power without headers. the cai and long tube headers will show full potential of both items. Eliminating one of them will not eliminate effectiveness of the other.

Check this post out testing of different brands of cold air kits done on a non header car.

Bo's or Vmax ported TB will be good. I'm partial to Bo's myself.

First, read this thread.

The Guide: 5th Gen Camaro Modification

Get a catch can.

I like Apex. But Elite and RX are both popular.

Headers. Do you want to spend over 1K? Kooks or ARH. Both are great. Period.

If you want good headers for a more reasonable cost. TSP, Stainless Power, Stainless Works (there's a few others too.)

I'd recommend getting high flow cats with your headers.

Bottom line is figure out exactly what you plan to do with the car and then determine your path forward regarding modifications. It sucks upgrading something, then changing your direction and spending money to re-upgrade the same parts.
