Very patient...
First off, I want to say it does my heart good to see how this board has grown and how well the Camaro has been recieved by the general public. I've been a Camaro nut since my uncle first pulled up in his burgundy IROC-Z, but for varying reasons I've yet to own one. I've been hanging around here since the veeeeery early days, finally joined after maybe a year, was pretty active for a while but got distracted by life. I still lurk everyday, just don't comment very often.
Anyway, I was planning on buying a 2010 this year, but went through a not too fun divorce in 2009 and decided to go back to school next year for my MBA so... no dice on that. Plan B is wait for the 6th gen (Gen V v8 = drool), but in the meantime I'm going to get another car pretty soon. I'm ashamed to admit it, but I don't know how to drive a stick (living in L.A. almost nobody does... traffic), but I'm determined to have one in my 6th gen. So, I've been looking for a cheap, preferably rwd, fun to drive manual to get used to until 2015 and have decided on a 4th gen. I kow plenty of you guys on here have or have had one so I'd love some feedback on what to look for, what I should be aware of, any other car suggestions and if it's even a good idea! Thanks in advance!

I would look at a 2002 SS or Trans Am. My theory is to buy the latest model and hope most of the bugs were worked out. Good luck.
