Here is a sound byte taken from earlier today in the wide open position:

Gotta love the comment the chick makes as I drive by...

Otherwise I will be adding to what I already have so by the end of this month I should have in hand my PFADT Tri-Y's (they are on a long backorder btw) with the offroad connection pipes. No Cats!
Would like to have both hp and sound I think I am leaning towards the Pfadt ststem I dont really want to cut my belly pan but thanks for the advice.

Gorgeous car in your signature! Is your Z orange also?

I've been very happy with the Kooks headers we've been installing! Pfadt is also a great company for that.

Is there any truth to losing power on adding headers?

No.

I added the Rotofab CAI first, picked up 2/10s faster on the 1/8th mile. Then added the American Racing Headers, still with no tune, picked up another 2/10s faster on the 1/8th mile.

You might be referring to a drop in boost which isn't necessarily a drop in power. That's not my area, perhaps someone that knows about it can chime in.

2012-1822 is correct. You will lose a bit of boost but your horsepower #'s will go up. Also depends if you go high flow cats or cat delete there will be less back presure so the boost drop will depend. I went with ARH long tubes and cat delete and left the stock system in the rear and have no drone issues. Sound incredible !

Cool, you will like the PFADT headers, not needing to cut the belly pan was my main reason for ordering them as well. Plus you get more HP from the Headers than you would with the NoWeeds system, which btw you don't even have to remove the belly pan if you did go the NoWeeds route.

No Kidding, but we'll have the option to tone it back to what everyone is using now and then right back to LOUDER again lol! What should we call that? 2XLoud?

I have the K&N and you can also hear that in the same clip I posted when I got on it hard. AutoAnything will match K&N prices for up to 1 year after your purchase, I got a refund twice after finding lower prices. Ended up paying less than $500 for it after the refunds.
