Caddy dealership cut mine for 19.99. I got the key online for like 40.00 and programmed myself. This thread should be able to provide you with all the options you need.

I have never used them but I am going to give them a shot for my audi laser cut keys. autotransponder.com says they will cut laser keys for $30 plus the price of remote all you need is copy of registration and picture of key

I lost my key the other day. If I get a second key and program it as recommended above, will it erase the ability of the lost key to start the car? Thanks

I need a new key blade for my 2010 Camaro keyless remote, any place in Southern Cal. that cut these keys with a reasonable price? I call the link for Gladd Security suggested in this thread and find that they charge $35 for the key blade including parts and labor. Unfortunately, they are not in Southern Cal.
Thanks for any advise.

I didn't want to bother driving all around LA to find a place so I used an online service to have a cut spare key mailed to me. It was 50 for the key fob and 30 to cut and shipping was free. I asked if they would consider doing a group buy at a lower price and they said yes so pm me if you are interested.

I tried to program my key like instructed as far as putting the original key in the ignition and turning the car on and then putting the new one in and turning the car on and the new key works as far as turning the car on but none of my buttons work. Any suggestions as to what went wrong or how to fix this? I can start the car but the lock, unlock, remote start, trunk and panic buttons won't work.

Thanks for posting this.this was too easy. Theynacruallynwantedmto schedule me an appointment to have this done. I was a little creeped out that my new two keys made the 5 keys total programmed so that means two are out there somewhere. Made me feel a little dirty and in need of a good alarm

Yeah, I have the exact same problem--NEITHER method works for me.

I purchased a used 2010 Camaro SS and the dealer gave me two keys but only one fob (recall was done already). So I ordered another fob for my wife, but I can't seem to get the new fob learned to the car.

The first method doesn't get into programming mode, and neither does the second quick method work. And no, the instructions are not in the manual, it just says "go to your dealer--HA!" Any help? Anyone?

April 15th, 2010 at 4:33 pm, Andrew Hughes Says:
1. Close all vehicle doors.
2. Insert the key into the ignition.
3. Hold down the power UNLOCK button on the driver’s door panel(CENTER FOR US CAMARO OWNERS)-continue to hold
down until instructed to release in step 9.
4. Perform steps 5 through 8 in fairly rapid succession.
5. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position (as far as you can go without starting the
engine).
6. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
7. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
8. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
9. Release the power unlock button on the door panel. The vehicle will lock and unlock
the doors automatically.
10. Hold down the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the transmitter simultaneously until
the door locks and unlocks.
This step may take up to 30 seconds.
11. Repeat step 10 NOW for each additional transmitter (including any existing
transmitters).
12. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position in order to exit the transmitter programming
mode.

I am stuck. I tried this scenario 100 times...I cannot get my car to go into program mode...nothing happens at the end of the cycle (doors unlock/lock automatically)
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
